The Rector’s Council of Harokopio University of Athens has been constituted in accordance with the provisions of Law 4485/2017. Until the establishment of the Board of Administration (B.o.A.) and assuming its duties, the powers outlined in Article 14 of Law 4957/2022 (Government Gazette A’ 141), excluding subparagraph (b) of paragraph 1 and paragraph 3 of Article 14, as well as any powers designated to the Σ.Δ. in current legislation, apply.
