Harokopio University of Athens has achieved exceptional results in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2025, considered one of the most authoritative rankings worldwide for evaluating the performance of top institutions. This year’s ranking included 2,092 institutions from 115 countries and regions.
At the national level, Harokopio University of Athens secured the 2nd position and was distinguished as a leading university among the nineteen (19) Greek institutions participating in the annual ranking. This substantial ascent from the third position last year highlights the university’s significant progress.
On the global stage, our institution achieved a ranking within the 601-800 range, confirming its ongoing development towards academic excellence and the high quality of its research, national profile and teaching.
